Follow-up

I went back to the doctor this morning for the results of my cat scan.

All is well.

I do have a cyst on my left ovary and some enlarged vein in that area, but they said as long as I'm not in pain, to just be mindful of it.

I have to just keep an eye on everything and go back in 6 months if there are no changes.

I think we need a cruise to celebrate great results from both Chris and me lately! I'm thinking this Saturday sounds like a nice day to start... ;)

Sister Missionaries

We had the sister missionaries over for dinner tonight. It was just a month or so ago, that we had the Elder's over for dinner. I love having the missionaries in our home. I just wish that we had someone for them to share with.

But, none the less. The spirit was sweet, the food was tasty, and we had a good Sabbath day.

Green!

On our way home from our date tonight, we stopped in RaceTrac for a drink and I saw these new M&M's. I love the sweet green M&M, just her personality, I very rarely eat them, so I had to take a picture of them.

I didn't purchase them, they aren't currently 'worth the calories' to me, but I was thinking. Why do they mess with some things? Don't you think that sometimes, the original is just best left alone?

Cat Scan

I had a cat scan done this morning. Well, I was to be there at 10, but I didn't get to drink it until almost 11 and then I had to wait an hour AFTER it was down before they could do the scan.

All of that, and I'm not mentioning how much it cost, just so they can tell me on Tuesday that I am fine.

I have swollen lymph nodes in my groin that have been there for probably at least a year. The surgeon said that she would rather be safe than sorry.

So I paid, I went, I drank and I got scanned.

It wasn't much fun.

Feeling better

We received good news today on Chris' health issues. We feel very blessed and know that we are being blessed beyond what we deserve.

I think we need to go on a cruise to celebrate.

Doing it up!

After we finally got up and going this morning and out of our room, we got on the monorail to The Grand Floridian to have a very late breakfast at 1900 Park Fare. We had never eaten there before and the kids enjoyed themselves. They snapped this picture before we went in.

After breakfast/lunch, we went to Animal Kingdom and then EPCOT. We didn't get home until almost 9, but we had a great weekend.

Disney Sunday

We had a wonderful Sunday Family Day! We enjoyed eating good food and being together.

The kids have been wanting to eat at Chef Mickey's forever. We always see it when we pass through the Contemporary on the monorail on our way into The Magic Kingdom, well, today was their lucky day!

Relax

We love Disney! Today was filled with checking out the resort, playing games, relaxing, and of course, eating!

We were all decked out in our Disney attire!

Dinner this evening was on the first floor of the Contemporary Hotel at a restaurant called The Wave. The food was tasty.

These last two pictures were taken on the bridge from the Contemporary to the Bay Lake Tower, where we were staying. We loved our resort.

Mich and CJ joined us this weekend to celebrate CJ's 8th birthday. Well, the real reason was becuase Michelle and I love an excuse to be together. ;)

Brennan is the big 15!

I'm not sure how this happened, but it did none the less...
Brennan is 15 today!

You can see how excited he was about his cake...

What you don't see is that he had is best friend over for the night and that he ordered his game that he had been wanting with is birthday money.

Tomorrow, we head to Disney to celebrate some more since it is a long weekend.

Jealous?

I know that is some gas mileage to be jealous over! ;-)

I really miss the gas mileage my van got, but I'll tell you what, I don't miss being a mini van driver! I love the new car, but I need medication at the gas pump.
